Already at the end of the last century, and even more so in the current century, the technologies for the production of windows, both from PVC and from wood, went far ahead. First, lumber is dried in a drying chamber to a certain moisture content according to a strictly defined technology. The drying process is controlled by a computer that takes into account all the characteristics of the tree species. The next stage, the manufacture of laminated veneer lumber, consists in spike splicing of individual short bars into a lamella, followed by gluing the lamellas together into a three-layer bar. Then the bar is turned into a profile of a given section and shape, with a selection of grooves for seals and fittings. Timber processing is carried out on modern high-tech woodworking equipment of the Michael Weinig AG company using the latest German technology, which allows you to obtain high precision processing of wooden parts.
The next stage is special wood processing. It is the most important condition for extending the life of wood products. New, scientifically developed methods of applying special compositions are used in the products of JV "Becker-System" LLC. Each stage of processing has its own functional purpose. Wood processing includes: impregnation, priming, painting.
