VakTime LLC was created in 2012 as a result of the restructuring of several enterprises engaged in a similar type of activity. The purpose of creating VakTime LLC is the production of high-tech equipment for applying coatings in a vacuum, capable of worthy competition in the Hi-Tech equipment market not only in Belarus, but also far beyond its borders. We develop design documentation and manufacture vacuum equipment of any complexity. A special place is occupied by the development of equipment for producing (DLC) diamond-like coatings.

The vacuum installation Vactime DLC-01 was specially developed by our engineers for producing PVD coatings TiN, TiAlN, TiCN, TiAlCN, CrN, CrTiN, ZrN, AlZrN, AlTiZrN, DLC coatings as well as superhard nanocomposite coatings such as TiN-Si3N4-TiSi2 and others. To evaporate metals, 2 (two) metal plasma generators with electromagnetic plasma separation are used. For carbon evaporation - a pulsed carbon plasma generator with a round cathode. To evaporate dielectrics, the installation is equipped with a laser source. The installation can operate in manual and automatic mode. 100% automation of the technological process. Oil-free high-vacuum pumping (Leybold MAGW 1300C turbomolecular pump). Edwards E2M80 foreline pump.
