In the system of the Ministry of forestry, according to August 1, there are 88 woodworking plants of various capacities, including 81 woodworking shops and 7 workshops. In July, earned two new workshops: the Loyev and Klimovichi forestry. "The industry as a whole there is a tendency to increase in volumes of processing of wood: in the seven months of the current year in forestry, processed 3 million cubic meters Is 12.7% more than in the same period last year. The Ministry of forestry is carrying out systematic work on technical re-equipment of production facilities. Modernization already carried out in Gantsevichi, Slonim, Narovlyansky, Zhitkovichi, Yelsk, Petrikov, the experienced Smorgon, Volozhin, Lyuban, Smolevichi, Starobin, Kostyukovichi forestry. New energy-efficient, more productive woodworking equipment is purchased and installed. At the end of the year, it is planned to launch more than 20 lines of sawmilling, with 14 of them already installed. It is also planned to increase the depth of wood processing due to the creation of additional capacities of drying facilities, production facilities for the production of round and debarked products. To Lelchitsy forestry installed, drying chamber has a volume of 100 cubic meters, in Ivie - two cameras, 50 cubic m, which allows to receive about 250 cu. m of dried product in each of them. In Kletsk forestry created a new drying complex of four chambers, which operates in test mode, and in the future involves obtaining more than 600 cubic meters of dried saw products. "By the end of the year it is planned to introduce new drying complexes in Lepel, Kalinkovichi, Gomel experimental, Slonim, Bykhov, Goretsky and Mogilev forestry. This will give an additional more than 2 thousand cubic meters of such products every month, " the Deputy Minister added.
In the system of the Ministry of forestry there are 16 production facilities for the production of round products. Debarked products are produced by 35 forestry enterprises, including 10 production facilities created this year. Three more new productions will be organized by the end of the year.
"As for pellets, they are produced in Belarus now. There are five small-capacity production facilities in the Local, Tolochin, Bogushevsk, Zhitkovichi and stolbtsovsky forestry with an annual capacity of 15 thousand tons. They are used as raw materials are mainly their own sawmill residues (sawdust, scraps). It is planned to build six more pellet plants in the institutions of the Ministry of forestry. The head of state instructed to ensure their commissioning by June 1, 2020. The implementation of the projects is carried out in accordance with the developed schedule",-said Vladimir Krech.
The construction of new pellet plants is in the Pruzhany, Postavy, experienced Mozyr, Novogrudok, Borisov experienced and Klichevsky forestry, i.e. one in each region. Procurement procedures for the supply of equipment have already taken place for four projects. Taking into account the selected equipment, the volumes of consumed wood and other wood raw materials required for production are determined. It is planned that the processing of low-quality raw materials will be at least 400 thousand cubic meters per year. Additionally, it will involve waste wood - sawdust, scraps.
"Organizations of the Ministry of forestry are making every possible effort to reduce the residues of low-quality wood. Of course, the construction of six factories for the production of pellets, including will contribute to solving the problem. However, it should be understood that the main processors of wood in the domestic market today are private enterprises, and therefore this issue requires a comprehensive approach from all stakeholders. We will continue to work in this direction, " the Deputy Minister said.
In addition to six pellet plants, according to the regional Executive committees, it is planned to create at least nine woodworking industries in organizations of various forms of ownership. The largest - the company "Akatama" in the Vitebsk region, with the commissioning of which is planned to process up to 300 thousand cubic meters of low-quality wood. Creation of new production facilities and modernization of existing ones will allow to involve more wood raw materials in turnover.
